Watashi ga Motete Dousunda Gets Anime Adaptation

The April 2016 issue of Bessatsu Friend magazine, which will go on sale on March 12, has announced a TV anime adaptation of the romance comedy mangaWatashi ga Motete Dousunda.

The series drawn by Junko has been publishing since 2013 and currently has seven volumes in print. It placed fourth in the 2015 rankings of Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga is Amazing!) among female readers. The series has also been published by Kodansha Comics USA since October under the English title Kiss Him, Not Me, which was selected through a reader contest held on Crunchyroll.

Synopsis
Kae Serinuma is a second year high schooler and an avid fujoshi who secretly ships her classmates, Igarashi-kun and Nanashima-kun. The death of her favorite anime character causes her to become stressed—and loses weight rapidly. Now that Serinuma has become an attractive girl to her classmates, her snarky kouhai Shinomiya-kun, and her senpai Mutsumi, how is she going to deal with them ...with her constant BL-filled, fujoshi mind?!
